Trying to find a healthy jam at the grocery that doesn’t have any added sugar can seem nearly impossible.
So I set out to recreate a healthy jam that would rival those school day lunches - one with minimal ingredients, zero added sugar, and one that would last for a while in the fridge.
That's when my Beet-Lime Chia Seed Jam came to life.
With just five ingredients, this jam packs a serious flavor punch. It can be spread on toast, paired with almond butter, or added to yogurt bowls, smoothies, and desserts.
